Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one email account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the email box account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
